1      Name of Order

This Order is the Standard Instrument (Local Environmental Plans) Amendment

(Low Rise Medium Density Housing) Repeal Order 2018.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Repeal

The Standard Instrument (Local Environmental Plans) Amendment (Low Rise

Medium Density Housing) Order 2017 is repealed.
