1      Name of Order

This Order is the Standard Instrument (Local Environmental Plans) Amendment

(Garden Centres) Order 2018.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of standard instrument prescribed by Standard Instrument (Local Environmental Plans) Order 2006

Dictionary

Omit “, if ancillary to the principal purpose for which the building or place is used, include a restaurant or cafe and the sale of any” from the definition of garden centre.

Insert instead “include a restaurant or cafe and the sale of any of”.
