Explanatory note

The object of this Order is to update terms consequential on the commencement of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment (Entertainment Venues) Regulation 2009.

This Order is made under section 33A of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act

1979.

2      Commencement

This Order commences on 26 October 2009 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.
