s1 2 s6 Standard Building Amendment Regulation (No. 2) No. 219, 2005 2005 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Standard Building Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2005 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the StandardBuildingRegulation1993. 3 Amendment of s 5 (Definitions) (1) Section 5, definitions Commercial and Consumer Tribunal and fire safety installation — omit. (2) Section 5— insert — ‘ fire safety installation , for a building or structure, means any of the items mentioned in schedule 1.’. 4 Amendment of ss 21, 89 and 91 Sections 21(2), 89(1) and (2)(b) and 91(1), ‘tribunal’— omit, insert— ‘building and development tribunal’. 5 Amendment of s 105 (Appeal against decisions) Section 105(2), ‘tribunal under IPA’— omit, insert— ‘building and development tribunal’. 6 Amendment of s 121K (Review of BSA’s decision about licence, particular level, and endorsement) Section 121K(2), ‘(the tribunal )’— omit.
