s1 2 s5 Standard Building Amendment Regulation (No. 2) No. 381, 2002 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Standard Building Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2002 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Standard Building Regulation 1993. 3 Amendment of s 5 (Definitions) (1) Section 5, definition “BSAP”— omit. (2) Section 5— insert — ‘ “AIBS” means the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors.’. (3) Section 5, definition “prescribed qualifications”, ‘BSAP’— omit, insert— ‘AIBS’. 4 Amendment of s 114 (Interim accreditation as building certifier) Section 114, ‘the Queensland State Assessment Committee of BSAP’— omit, insert— ‘AIBS’. 5 Amendment of s 123 (Employment of cadet building certifier to assist building certifying functions) Section 123, ‘BSAP’— omit, insert— ‘AIBS’.
