2 Stamp (Grainco Mortgage Exemption) No. 219, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Stamp (Grainco Mortgage Exemption) Order 1992 . ˙ Exemption from stamp duty of Mortgage between Grainco and Commonwealth Bank 2. The Bill of Mortgage dated 4 October 1991 between Grainco Queensland Co-operative Association Limited and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia is approved as an instrument to which clause 5 of the exemptions under the heading ‘MORTGAGE, BOND, DEBENTURE, and COVENANT’ in Schedule 1 applies.
