I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New

South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (4) of the Stamp Duties (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 1990, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 October 1991 as the day on which Schedule 1 (22) to that Act commences.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Proclamation commences an amendment to the Stamp Duties Act 1920 that
