By deputation from His Excellency the Governor.

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (2) of the Stamp Duties (Further Amendment) Act 1990, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 April 1991 as the day on which Schedule 3 (2) to that Act commences.
