Stamp Duties and Taxes Regulations1 (Amendment)

The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Stamp Duties and Taxes Act 1987.

Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

Principal Regulations

2.  In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Stamp Duties and Taxes Regulations.

Insertion

3.  After regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations the following regulation is inserted:

Prescribed corporations

“3A. For the purposes of section 49D of the Act the following corporations are prescribed:

(a)Sepon (Australia) Pty. Limited;

(b)ANZ Nominees Limited;

(c)Permanent Trustee Company Limited;

(d)Margaret Street Nominees Pty. Limited.”.
