s1 2 s3 Stamp Duties Amendment (No. 1) No. 274, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Stamp Duties Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1994 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Stamp Duties Regulation 1926 . ˙ Insertion of new s 42A 3. After section 42— insert— ˙ ‘ Class of deeds for unit trust scheme approved—Act s 56B ‘ 42A. For the purposes of the definition “unit trust scheme” in section 56B(1) of the Act, a deed for a unit trust scheme is a deed of an approved class if— (a) Queensland Investment Corporation is the trustee of the unit trust scheme; and (b) the unit trust scheme existed before this section commenced.’.
