An Act to continue the " Stamp Duties Act of

18G5" and the Act intituled "An Act to amend

the Stamp Duties Act of 1865.'' [29th December,

1868.]

WH E R E A S the period for which the Act twenty-nine Victoria number six intituled " An Act to impose Stamp Duties " will shortly expire and it is expedient to continue the same together with
the Act thirty-one Victoria number twenty-six intituled "An Act

to amend the Stamp Duties Act of 1865 " for the time hereinafter specified Be it therefore enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council

and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled
and by the authority of the same as follows :—
1. The Stamp Duties Act of 1865 and the Act thirty-one
Victoria number twenty-six intituled " An Act to amend the Stamp
Duties Act of 1865 " shall continue and remain in force until the
thirty-first day of December one thousand eight hundred and sixty-
nine.

2. This Act may be cited for all purposes as the " Stamp Duties

Acts Continuation Act of 1868 ."
