Assembly of New Soiitb Males in Eavliament assembled and by tlie antbority of the same as follows :—

2. After this Act has passed any person who

shall

lOndinK duty,

(1.) Give any receipt not duly stamped or

(2.) Eefuse to give a reeeijit duly stampetl or

cvtHipd.

(3.) Give an unstamped receipt for less tlian two pounds when

he receives two pounds or upwards or

(I.) Give two or more unstamped receipts for one payment t'qnal

to or exceeding two pounds

shall on conviction thereof hefore any two -Tustices pay a penalty notPi-imiiy,

less than one pound nor exceeding ten pounds recoverable by summary

process.

3. Nothing in this Act shall apply to any receipts given by NG.duiy on r̂ eip*#

depositors on receiving dcjiosits from any yavings or Penny Bank.

4'. In this Act a “ duly stamped receipt” means a receipt for Moaning of duly
