STAMP DUTIES ACT 1920 - REGULATION
(Relating to adhesive stamps)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Stamp Duties Act 1920, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Stamp Duties Regulations 1934 are amended by inserting at the
end of Regulation 46 (1) the following words:
Duplicate or counterpart of an instrument, if the instrument is
authorised by the Act or these Regulations to be stamped with
adhesive stamps.
EXPLANATORY NOTE
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Stamp Duties Regulations 1934 so that, if an instrument is authorised to be stamped with adhesive stamps, a duplicate or counterpart of the instrument may also be stamped with adhesive stamps.
