I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 98 (16) of the Stamp Duties Act 1920, do, by this my Order, declare Victoria to be a corresponding State for the purposes of Division 29 of Part 3 of that Act.
