STAMP DUTIES ACT 1920-ORDER

GORDON SAMUELS, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 145 of the Stump Duties Act 1920 do, by this my Order, apply the whole of that Act to the State Transit Authority and Landcom with effect on and from 1 October 1997.
