STAMP DUTIES ACT 1920—ORDER

G. SAMUELS, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 145 of the Stamp Duties Act 1920, do, by this my Order, apply the whole of that Act to the Electricity Transmission Authority (Transgrid) with effect

from l 1 April 1997.
