Stamp Amendment Regulations (No. 5) 2004

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Stamp Amendment
Regulations (No. 5) 2004.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendment in these regulations is to the Stamp
Regulations 2003*.

3.             Regulation 6 amended

Regulation 6(1) is amended by deleting “section 17C” and inserting instead —

“ section 17C(1)(g) ”.
