STAMP AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 5) 1997

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Stamp Amendment Regulations (No. 5) 1997.

Principal regulations

2.In these regulations the Stamp Regulations 1979* are referred to as the principal

regulations.

Regulation 23 inserted

3. After regulation 22 of the principal regulations, the following regulation is inserted—

Prescribed stock exchange (s. 75JA (la) (c))
23. For the purposes of section 75JA (la) (c) of the Act, a stock exchange set out in

the Tenth Schedule is a prescribed stock exchange.

4. After the Ninth Schedule to the principal regulations the following Schedule is inserted—
