STAMP AMENDMENT REGULATIONS NO.4 1992

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.      These regulations may be cited as the Stamp Amendment Regulations

No. 4 1992.

Principal regulations

2.       In these regulations the Stamp Regulations 1979* are referred to as the

principal regulations.

Regulation 7A repealed and a
regulation substituted

3.       Regulation 7A of the principal regulations is repealed and the following

regulation is substituted -

" Health insurance policies exempted
7A. 1 In this regulation -

"health insurance business" has the meaning given under section 67 of the National Health Act 1953 of the Commonwealth;

By His Excellency’s Command, D. G. BLIGHT, Clerk of the Council.

"registered organization" has the meaning given under section 4 of the National Health Act 1953 of the Commonwealth.

2        A policy of insurance issued by a registered organization in

the course of the registered organization’s health insurance business
is a prescribed policy of insurance under item 8 4 of the Third

Schedule to the Act.

Regulation 13 amended

4.      Regulation 13 of the principal regulations is amended by deleting "The

Stock Exchange of Perth Limited" and substituting the following -

the Australian Stock Exchange Limited or any other prescribed
stock exchange
