Stamp Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2004

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Stamp Amendment
Regulations (No. 3) 2004.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Stamp
Regulations 2003*.

3.            Regulation 5 amended

Regulation 5 is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting "recognized" and inserting instead " recognised ";
(b)	by deleting paragraph (c) and inserting the following paragraph instead -

(c) any stock exchange that is a member of the World Federation of Exchanges.
