Stamp Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2004

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Stamp Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2004.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Stamp
Regulations 2003*.

3. Regulation 9 inserted
After regulation 8 the following regulation is inserted —

9.             Conveyance or transfer on sale of property — exemptions (Third Schedule, item 2(7a)(c))

(1) For the purposes of the Third Schedule, item 2(7a)(c)
animals that are held or used in connection with a
business that is not in the business of primary
production are prescribed.
(2) In this regulation —
“primary production” has the meaning given in

section 75D(1).
