2.            Fourth Schedule to the regulations amended

The Fourth Schedule to the Stamp Regulations 1979* is amended by inserting after item 6 the following prescribed kind of business licence -

7. A subscription based broadcasting licence allocated under

Part 7 of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992 of the

Commonwealth.
