Stamp Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1998

(8), (9) and (10) and 19(1)(a)(i) and (2) of the Stamp

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.     Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Stamp Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 1998.

2.    Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 December 1998 or the day on which they are published in the Gazette, whichever is later.

3.      Regulations 10 and 19 amended Regulations 10(1)(a) and (b), (2), (4), (5)(b), (6), (7)(a) and (b),

Regulations 1979* are amended by deleting "bank" in each place where it occurs and inserting instead —

" financial institution ".
