STAMP AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1996

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Stamp Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 1996.

Principal regulations

2. In these regulations the Stamp Regulations 1979* are referred to as the

principal regulations.

Regulation 13AA inserted

3. After regulation 13 of the principal regulations the following regulation

is inserted —

"

Prescribed stock exchanges

13AA. For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of "prescribed stock exchange" in section 112A (1) of the Act, the stock exchanges set out in the Fifth Schedule are prescribed stock exchanges. ff
