STAMP AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 2) 1995

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Stamp Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 1995.

Commencement

2.     These regulations come into operation on the day on which the Road

Traffic Amendment Act 1995 comes into operation.

By Command of the deputy of the Governor, J. PRITCHARD, Clerk of the Council.

Regulation 10AA inserted

3.      The Stamp Regulations 1979* are amended by inserting after regulation

10 the following regulation —

Exempt motor vehicle licences

10AA. For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of

"licence" in section 76B —

(a) any person who owns a vehicle the vehicle licence fee the following class of persons is prescribed, that is,
for which is reduced under regulation 21M of the
Road Traffic (Licensing) Regulations 1975; and
(b) uses of the vehicle described in regulation 21M of the

the following purposes are prescribed, that is, the

Road Traffic (Licensing) Regulations 1975.
