Stamp Amendment Regulations 2003

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Stamp Amendment
Regulations 2003.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which
sections 13 and 79 of the Business Tax Review (Assessment) Act
(No. 2) 2003 come into operation.

By Command of the Governor, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Executive Council.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Stamp
Regulations 2003*.

4.            Regulations 8 and 9 repealed Regulations 8 and 9 are repealed.
