Stamp Amendment Regulations 2001

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Stamp Amendment
Regulations 2001.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Stamp
Regulations 1979*.

3.             Regulation 19 amended

Regulation 19(1)(b) is amended as follows:

(a) by inserting after “duty,” —

“

to reassess duty, to create a memorandum under

section 31A(1),

”;

(b) by deleting all the words after “Assistant Commissioner” and inserting instead —

“

or by an officer of the State Revenue

Department

”.
