Stamp Amendment Regulations 1998

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Stamp Amendment
Regulations 1998.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Stamp
Regulations 1979*..

3.            Various regulations repealed

Regulations 8A, 8AB, 11, 12A and 13A are repealed.

4. Third Schedule amended

(1)	In the heading to the Third Schedule "(Regulations 5(4)(a), 8A, 8AB, 11, 12A and 13A)" is deleted and the following is inserted instead —
" (Regulation 5(4)(a))
(2)	Forms 1A, IAA, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1F,2, 3 and 4 in the Third Schedule are deleted.
