Under section 2 of the Stamp Amendment Act (No. 3) 1989, I, the Governor, acting with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, do hereby fix 1 July 1990 as the day on which sections 17, 18(a), (0 and (g), 19 and 27 (2) of the Stamp Amendment Act (No. 3) 1989 shall come into operation. Given under my hand and the Seal of the State on 5 June 1990.
