B E it enact~ d by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Assembl:y of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the autflority of the same, as follows :- 1. This Alct may be cited as "The Stamp Acts Short title ~mendment Ac~ Of 1940" and shall be read as one with :struction. * 'The Stamp Acts, 1894 to 1930," hereinafter referred to as the Principai Act. The Principal Act and this Act may be collectively Collective cited as " The Stamp Acts, 1894 to 1940." title. i Amffndment of the Principal Act. 2. (1.)
