' B E it enacted by the King';.; Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- latiye Council and Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :- • • l. This Act may be cited as " TIle Stamp Act Amend- Short title ment Act of 1914," and shall be read as one with " Tlle~ ~ ! struction Starmp Act, 1894, " ~ herein referred to as the Principalof Act. Act. 2. (1.) In the First Schedule of the Principal Act, Ampndments the foll0'Ying provision is added to the exemptions under~ : ~~ : edule the headll1g "AGREEMENT, or any l\lEJ\WRANDUM of an Principal Act.
