This Act may be cited as "The StampAct Amend- Short titl~, ment ..Act of 1901," and shall be read and construed with~ ~ ~s' :o' :~ lOn, and as an amendment of " The Stamp Act, 1894,"t herein- meneement after called the Principal Act. ot Act.
