AN ACT to amend section seventy-six C of the

Stamp Act, 1921-1965.

[Assented to 12th December, 1966.]

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

and citation.

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Stamp Act

Amendment Act (No. 2), 1966.

Reprinted as

(2) In this Act the Stamp Act, 1921-1965 is

approved for

reprint 14th referred to as the principal Act.

February,

1966.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act

may be cited as the Stamp Act, 1921-1966.

2. This Act shall come into operation on the date Zoernce-

on which the Traffic Act Amendment Act (No. 2),

1966 comes into operation.

3. Subsection (1) of section seventy-six C of S. 7&C

amended.

the principal Act is amended

(a)

by deleting the word, "or" appearing immediately after paragraph (a) of the interpretation "license"; and

(b)

by adding after that paragraph a passage as follows-

(aa) any such license that is granted under subsection (6) of section eleven of the Traffic Act, 1919; or .
