AN ACT to amend the Stamp Act, 1921-1959.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Stamp Act

STATEMENTS ON SALES OF BUTTER FAT

Any statement written out or caused to be written out by the manager of a dairy produce factory registered under the Dairy Industry Act, 1922, or his agent pursuant to the provi- sions of the Dairy Cattle Industry Compensation Act, 1960, in respect of the sale of any butter fat, whether payment of the purchase money in respect of any such sale is or is not made in full at the time of the sale or is to be made by instal- ments or is otherwise deferred
