AN ACT to amend certain provisions in the Second Schedule to the Stamp Act, 1921, relating to duty on Betting Tickets.

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Stamp Act Amendment short Mk.

Act (No. 1), 1930, and shall be read as one with the Stamp

Act, 1921, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

2.	The item "Betting ticket," in the Second Schedule	Amendment of
Second Schedule.

the principal Act, is amended

(a)	by substituting the figures "0 0 3" for the figures "0 0 2," in the column opposite paragraph (a) of the said item:
(b)	by substituting the figures "0 0 1" for the figures

"0 0 01/2," in the column opposite paragraph (b)

of the said item.
