AN ACT to amend the Stamp Act, 1921-1962.

[Assented to 15th October, 1963.]

BE it enacted, by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

and citation.

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Stamp Act

(2) In this Act the Stamp Act, 1921-1962, is

April, 1963.

referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act

may be cited as the Stamp Act, 1921-1963.

2. The Second Schedule to the principal Act is schedule amended by substituting for the passage, "002" amended denoting two pence under the column headed,

"Stamp Duty Payable" opposite the word "sold" being the last word in the item headed, "STATE- MENTS ON SALES OF BUTTER FAT—", the passage,

"002 (or such amount, being not more than two pence, as the Governor may, from time to time, by proclamation declare)" .
