AN ACT to amend the Stamp Act, 1921-1952.

[Assented to 25th August, 1954.]

BE it enacted, by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Stamp Act 2.1nattlieon.

In this Act the Stamp Act, 1921-1952,

is referred to as the principal Act.

The principal Act as amended by this Act may

be cited as the Stamp Act, 1921-1954.

2. The principal Act is amended by repealing— cpe=ns

(a)

the heading "Admissions of Practitioners Tata 103 in Supreme Court" immediately preceding MtelaTA. section one hundred and two;

3. The Second Schedule to the principal Act is

amended.

amended by deleting all the words and figures in

the first item, namely

"The person admitted. ADMISSION of any

person as a Practitioner of the Supreme Court

(see sections 102 and 103)
