AN ACT to continue the operation of certain provisions in the Second Schedule to the Stamp Act, 1921, relating to duty on Conveyances on the Sale of Property.

B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byCouncil and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Stamp Act Amendment Short title.

The second schedule to the Stamp Act, 1921 (as amended by the Stamp Act Amendment Act, 1928), is hereby further amended by the substitution in lines nine and thirty respec- tively of the item commencing with the words "Conveyance or transfer on the sale of property,'' of the figures "1931" in place of the figures "1930."
