AN ACT to continue the operation of certain provisions in the Second Schedule to the Stamp Act, 1921, relating to duty on conveyances on the sale of property.

the same, as follows:-

1. This Act may be cited as the Stamp Act Amendment short title.

Amendment of

Second Schedule.

2. The second schedule to the Stamp Act, 1921 (as amended by the Stamp Act Amendment Act, 1923), is hereby amended:—

(1)

By the substitution, in line nine of the item headed "Conveyance or transfer on sale of property," of the figures "1926" in place of the figures "1925."

(2)

By the substitution, in the fifteenth line of the item commencing with the words "Land Transfer," of the figures "1926" for "1925."
