E it enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, B by and with the advice and consent of the Legis­ lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:— 1. This Act may be cited as “ The Stallions Short fcifcle- Registration Acts Suspension Act of 1951.” 2. (1.) The operation of *“ The Stallions Registration Suspension Acts, 1923 to 1940,” shall be, and is hereby suspended, no !4 i ? m V on and from the date of the passing of this Act and amended, thereafter until the date specified in subsection two of this section. (2.) The Governor in Council may at any time by Proclamation published in the Gazette fix a date on and after which * “ The Stallions Registration Acts, 1923 to 1940,” shall again come into operation and on and after that date the said Act shall be in operation. * 14 Gr. 6 No. 16 and amending Acts.
