Variation of the SPF Enterprise Agreement October 2010

A. An application has been made by Stainless Pipe and Fittings Australia Pty Ltd for variation of the SPF Enterprise Agreement October 2010 (the Agreement) in the following terms:

1. By deleting “4.2” and “4.3” where it appears in clause 5.1 and replacing it with “5.2” and 5.3” respectively.

2. By deleting “(Base Rate x 2 x 1.5) ÷ 40” where it appears in clause 5.2 and replacing it with “((Base Rate x 2 x 1.5) - (Base Rate x 2)) ÷ 40.”

B. The variation as approved will come into force on 17 December 2010.

C. A consolidated copy of the Agreement is attached to this decision.
