ENGIAND CEMETERY ACT.
Act Xo. 46̂ 1927.
.\n Act to provide for the removal of human George V,
remains and certain slabs and tombstones from a portion of the Church of England Cemetery at 8t. Peters ; for the reinterment of such remains, and the re-erection of such slabs and tombstones elsewhere ; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 9th December, 1927.]

1 . 'L’his Act may l)c cited as the “ St. Peters Church
of England Cemetery Act, 1927.”
2 . (11 Th(! council of the muidcipality of St. Peters aemovaioi
may cause tin; remains of ail persons huried in the land described in the Schedule to this Act, which it is proposed to resume for street widening ])urposcs and Avhicli forms part of the Church of England Cemetery at St. Peters (so far as such remains can by reasonabh ̂ diligence he discoven'd or identified), togetlier with all slabs and tombstones in relation thereto, to lie collected 'with due care and removed to anotlier part of the Church of England Cemetery at St. Peters or to the llookwood Cemetery or Eunnerong Cemetery, or some other

municipality of St. Peters, parish of Petersham, county of Cumberland, and State of Kew South Wales, containing by’ admea.surenient 1 rood 2J perches : Commencing at a point on the north-western side of King- street distant 1-39 feet 9 inches nortii-easterly from the intersection of the north-western side of King-street aforesaid with the north-eastern side of Silver-street and bounded on the south-west hv a line bearing 320 degrees 14 minutes for 31 feet S i j inches thence on the west hy lines successively hearing 57 degrees 43 minutes for 4 feet 7-| iiiches 51 degrees 24 minutes for 139 feet 7 ̂ inches 47 degrees 55 minutes for 202 feet lA indies and 49 degrees 29 minutes for 2 feet lOj inches thence on the north-east by' a line liearing 139 degrees 49 minutes for 35 feet G inches to the north-western side of King-street afore.said thence on the south-east by part of the north-western side of King- street aforesaid being lines successively bearing 226 degrees 3 minutes 30 .seconds for 35 feet 2.1 inches 229 degrees 38 minutes for 162 feet 3 inches 230 degrees 31 minutes 30 seconds for 59 feet 3i] indies and 232 degrees 4 minutes for 92 feet T i l inches to the point of commence ment . . . . be the said area and seveial dimensions all a little more or less.
