St Luke's Care trading as St Luke's Aged Care (Nurses) and NSWNA/ANF Enterprise Agreement 2009/2011.
[1] The application for the approval of this single-enterprise agreement, titled St Luke's Care trading as St Luke's Aged Care (Nurses) and NSWNA/ANF Enterprise Agreement 2009/2011, was listed today for hearing. Ms L Street of Leana Street Consulting appeared on behalf of the applicant employer. Mr M Wright appeared on behalf of the NSW Nurses’ Association/Australian Nursing Federation.
[2] At the outset of proceedings, Ms Street submitted she had been instructed to withdraw the application for approval of the agreement. The proceedings are concluded accordingly.
