An Act to provido for the removal of human remains and certain slabs and tombstones from a portion of the cemetery attached to St. John’s Church, at Gordon; for the reinterment of such remains, and the re-erection of such slabs and tombstones in another part of such cemetery; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 2nd December, 1932.]

T ) E ib enocted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, I j by and with the advice and consent of the Legis­ lative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

T hat portion of the cemetery attached to St. John’s Church, at

Gordon, vested in the Church of England Property Trust, Diocese of Sydney and proposed to be transferred therefrom to the Council of the Municipality of Ku-ring-gai for the purpose of widening St. Joim’s Avenue, and more particularly described as follows :—

All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement •O’l perches situate at Gordon, in the Municipality of Ku-ring-gai, Parish of Gordon, and County of Cumberland, being part of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 121, Folio 205 : Commencing at a point on the south-eastern side of St. John’.s Avenue, being a point bearing and distant 69 degrees 5 minutes 201 feet 2 inches from the intersection of that side of tliat Avenue and the north-east side of Obci’on Crescent and Vwuiuled thence on the south-west and north-west by the north-eastern and south-eastern sides of St. John’s Avenue aforesaid, bearing and distant respectively 351 degrees 18 minutes 27 feet 9 indies and 81 degrees 10 minutes 144 feet 4̂ ̂ inches, tlience on the noi'th-east by part of the north-eastern boundary of land comprised in Oortilicate of Title Volume 124, IVlio 205, being a fenced lino bearing and distant 171 degrees 18 minutes 8 feet 0 inche.s, and thence on the south-east by lines hearing and distant respectively 201 degrees 10 minutes 88 feet 4 | inches 249 degrees 33 minutes 19 feet 7 inches and 237 degrees 5G minutes 40 feet l̂ ; inch.es to the point of commencement.
