SSAT Child Support Review General Directions Repeal Instrument 2015

I, Justice Duncan Kerr Chev LH, President, Administrative Appeals Tribunal, having consulted the head of the Social Services and Child Support Division as required by subsection 18B(1A) of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975 (the Act) make the following instrument of repeal under subsection 18B(1) of the Act.

   This instrument is the SSAT Child Support Review General Directions Repeal Instrument 2015.

2. Commencement

   This instrument commences on the day after registration.

3. Repeal of directions

   The SSAT Child Support Review General Directions 2012 are repealed.

4. Repeal of this instrument

   This instrument is repealed on the day after it commences.
