Application for approval of the Springvale Coal Enterprise Agreement 2022.
Springvale Coal Pty Limited has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Springvale Coal Enterprise Agreement 2022 (the Agreement).
I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187, 188 and 190 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.
The Agreement is approved and will operate from 24 June 2022. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 30 June 2026.
The Agreement covers The Construction, Forestry, Maritime, Mining and Energy Union.
