Sporting Venues (Invasions) Regulation 2011 (NSW)

1Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Sporting Venues (Invasions) Regulation 2011.

2Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 September 2011 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

Note—

This Regulation replaces the Sporting Venues (Invasions) Regulation 2006 which is repealed on 1 September 2011 by section 10 (2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989.

3Definitions(1)

In this Regulation:

the Act means the Sporting Venues (Invasions) Act 2003.

Notes included in this Regulation do not form part of this Regulation.

4Designated sporting venues

The following are prescribed as designated sporting venues for the purposes of the Act:

• (a)

  Central Coast Stadium at Dane Drive, Gosford,

• (b)

  Wollongong Stadium at Harbour Street, Wollongong,

• (c)

  Newcastle Stadium at Turton Road, Broadmeadow.
