Spirits Regulations (Amendment) (Cth)
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the
Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive
Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the
Dated 22 December 1980.

Regulation 9B of the Spirits Regulations is amended by omitting —
“ferro china”
and substituting —
“ferro china
fruit brandies (other than brandy distilled from grapes)”.
