Spirits Regulations2(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Spirits Act 1906.

Fee for supervision by officer

 1. Regulation 30 of the Spirits Regulations is amended by omitting “$10.47” and substituting “$16.75”.

Fee for services of special officer

 2. Regulation 42 of the Spirits Regulations is amended by omitting “$10.47” and substituting “$16.75”.
