REGULATION UNDER THE SPIRITS ACT 1906-1973.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Spirits Act 1906-1973.

Amendments of the Spirits Regulations

Sec. 12.

Regulation 9b of the Spirits Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting the words—

“Cinzano bitter aperitif”

and substituting the words—

“bitters (being a beverage)”;

and

(b) by omitting the words “ramazzotti bitters”.
